Important: This is draft content provided as a starting point. Review and customize it with legal counsel before publishing.

1. Services

DevWebs provides website design, search engine optimization, and Google Ads management services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or service agreement agreed upon before work begins.

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific leads, search rankings, revenue, or business outcomes. Search engine results and advertising performance depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competitor activity, and search engine algorithm changes. We commit to professional work and transparent reporting, not to specific results.

3. Advertising Spend

Google advertising spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from our management fees. You are responsible for setting and funding your own advertising budget. We manage how that budget is spent but do not control Google's pricing or policies.

4. Ownership

Upon full payment, you own your website and its content. We provide access to your accounts and can transfer ownership at any time. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely content, feedback, and approvals. Project timelines depend on your responsiveness. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about your business.

6. Payment

Fees and payment schedules are defined in your service agreement. Invoices are due per their terms. Late payments may pause ongoing work. Recurring services continue until cancelled with reasonable notice.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your client portal credentials secure. We never ask for passwords to your Google or advertising accounts—we use authorized OAuth connections instead.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party services, search engine changes, or factors beyond our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
